Our physical therapy and rehabilitation services help residents meet their personal goals, enhance their quality of life, and achieve greater independence. On-site physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy is available to all Willow Point residents.

Memory Care

We offer highly-skilled memory care services to those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia in our comfortable, secure facility. Our staff provides assistance with every aspect of day-to-day living and creates a home-like environment to foster relaxation and ease.
